See you tomorrow: Open House and Blessing of the new Blanchette Catholic Center & Xavier Chapel

The Diocese of Joliet has recently been blessed with the opportunity to relocate our Curia offices to a new building located in Crest Hill, Illinois. This new facility, the Blanchette Catholic Center named after the late Most Reverend Romeo Blanchette, is roughly an acre and a half in size and not only allows us to bring our entire staff under a single roof, but also will feature large conference room areas and a new chapel.

While our staff has already relocated into this building, we are very excited to be completing construction of the conference area and chapel. I would like to invite you to join us, along with Bishop Siegel, Bishop Imesch and Bishop Conlon for an Open House and Blessing of the new Blanchette Catholic Center and Xavier Chapel from 2:00pm to 6:00pm on April 3, 2014. The short blessing ceremony will take place in our new Conference Center at 3:00pm.

The Blanchette Catholic Center is located at:

16555 Weber Road
Crest Hill, Illinois 60403

We hope you can join us to celebrate this special time in the history of the Diocese of Joliet.  Feel free to contact the Justice and Peace Ministry with any questions.
